Use and Care+

Wash before and after each use. Hand wash with warm water and a stiff nylon scrub brush. Scour surface with a pan scraper when needed. Dry promptly and thoroughly with a cloth or paper towel. Rub with a light coat of vegetable oil while the cookware is still warm. Store in a dry place.
